My lab is committed to creating a more inclusive culture in science - in the lab, our department and school, and in the broader community. We welcome and respect all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical ability, or any other identities. I aim to make science more accessible to people from groups traditionally underrepresented in science by contributing to efforts that seek to improve diversity, inclusion, and equity in our community. My goal is to foster an inclusive and supportive research community so that students and researchers from all backgrounds can succeed.
